The first draft of the methodology will be based upon the outcomes of PR1. It will include a description of the creative process alongside pedagogic and psychological aspects. This includes teaching the trainers how to establish contact with the trainees via artistic expression, storytelling and emphatic group-work. The methodology will be composed in such a way that it can be transferred through virtual training or live training methods Expected impact: This handbook for trainers will offer a new tool to those working in prisons or probation like teachers, trainers and prison staff.
The method can also be applied by social workers and trainers outside of prisons therefore the impact is not related to prisons only. The digital handbook will be written with various organizations in mind, which means a big transferability potential. It will be designed as OER with a Creative Commons license, which means every organization could download and adapt it for their needs.
